Privacy

Your privacy. Honored.

Plain-English summary of what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Effective Date

Luxe Passage (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit boehm.vip, contact us, or engage our concierge services – and what we do with it.

What We Collect

When you browse: standard server logs (IP, browser, page visited), and one cookie consent record if you accept cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

When you contact us or submit an intake: name, email, trip details you choose to share (dates, destinations, preferences). We use this only to respond to you and plan your trip.

When you become a client: additional information needed to book travel – traveler names, ages of children if relevant, dietary or accessibility needs, payment instrument (handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers).

How We Use It

To deliver the service. Plan your trip, hold reservations, communicate with you during the journey, respond to support requests.

To improve. Aggregate, anonymized analytics about how the site is used.

To comply. Tax records, anti-fraud, and legal obligations as required.

We do not sell your data. Ever.

Sharing

We share data only with: (a) vendors we engage to deliver your trip – hotels, airlines, ground transport, restaurants, vetted local fixers – and only the minimum needed (a guest name for a hotel; a dietary restriction for a restaurant); (b) service providers for our own operations (hosting, email, payments) under confidentiality; (c) law enforcement only if legally compelled.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it – subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Email Your Local handles every conversation with the subject “Privacy Request” and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are a resident of the EU/EEA, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), those rights apply to you. The above email is the path.

Security

Our site runs on hardened managed infrastructure with SSL/TLS encryption end-to-end, web application firewall, and continuous malware scanning. Internal access to client data is limited to staff who need it. Payments are tokenized through our PCI-compliant processor; we do not see or store full card numbers.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to make the site work and to remember your consent choice. You can review and adjust cookie preferences anytime via the cookie banner at the bottom of any page.
