Terms
The fine print, in plain English.
How we engage. What we promise. What we expect.
Effective Date
April 25, 2026
These Terms govern your use of boehm.vip and any services we provide. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them. We try to keep this short. If something does not feel clear, ask us before you commit.
What We Are
Luxe Passage is a private travel concierge service. We plan trips, make reservations on your behalf, and provide on-trip support. We are not a travel agency in the traditional commission-from-suppliers sense – we work for you, paid by you.
Engagement
Inquiry. Submitting a form or emailing us creates no obligation on either side.
Engagement letter. When you choose a service tier and we accept your engagement, a short engagement letter is signed by both parties. That letter (not this page) governs the specifics of your trip.
Deposit. Engagements typically begin with a non-refundable planning deposit. The amount and terms are stated in your engagement letter.
Bookings & Vendors
We are not the supplier. Hotels, airlines, restaurants, and other vendors we book on your behalf have their own terms, cancellation policies, and quality – we choose carefully but cannot guarantee a third party’s performance.
Cancellations. Vendor cancellation terms apply to vendor charges. Our planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Travel insurance. We strongly recommend it for any trip. We can refer you to providers; we do not sell insurance.
Liability
We aim for zero friction. The world sometimes disagrees. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us under your engagement letter. We are not liable for vendor failures, force majeure events, or losses (including lost profits or consequential damages) beyond what we directly caused. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot legally be limited.
Confidentiality
We treat client information confidentially as a matter of course. NDAs are available for any engagement on request and are standard for Bespoke clients.
Conduct
We work hard for our clients. We expect mutual respect with our team and the vendors we engage on your behalf. We reserve the right to terminate any engagement (with refund of unearned fees) if a client becomes abusive to staff, vendors, or other travelers.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin (our principal place of business). Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, before any litigation.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated to active clients directly.
